The main issue at this hotel is an internet. It’s a shame that 4 star hotel in civilized country in Europe has internet speeds slower than at the middle of the African desert. It’s irritating especially when the trip requires being online.
Also the bar in New Years Eve refused to prepare Dry Martini at 8PM telling us that only beer and G+T were available! Not to mention pricey car park, additional costs of Spa, etc. when considering 4 nights for 1200EUR plus 470 EUR for NYE dinner.
The NYE dinner was ok. Nice choice of food. Shame there was no vegetarian option. Nevertheless food was tasty. The band was also very good!
A BIG respect for accepting dogs! This is a nice option.

We regret the problems that you tell us with the Internet. We are changing our net to optical fiber to improve this service. The bar service on the 31st closed at 8PM in order to prepare the New Years Ever party, we regret if we could only offer beer and GT, we apologize for that. For parking and spa services, these services are not included in the price of the room and carry an additional charge, as already reported on our website. Thank you for your positive assessment of the New Years Eve dinner. We take into account your suggestion about a vegan menu option, we will study it for future years. We hope to receive you at our hotel on other occasions. Greetings and see you soon.

I have no idea how this hotel is rated so high. The hotel is just terrible.

Employees have no idea what customer service means and we even felt they hate guests.Check in process wasn't nice and we were not welcomed. We had a feeling that a lady at the reception is doing us a big favor. We ordered a room with a double bed and I confirmed it upon check in. When we came to our room we found out it has 2 separate beds. We were given a password for a WiFi but weren't told that it works only on smartphones but not on PC. When we called reception we were told that they won't tell us a password and we need to come down to reception with a laptop and they will introduce it.

When we came to SPA we were asked if we want to have a massage and we agreed to have one at 8 pm. When I came at 8 pm I was offered a massage for tomorrow instead and said "no". Then I was asked to wait for a bit. I waited untill 8.10 pm and asked when I will be served. The response was: "We don't know just wait". I cancelled the massage and told that it's not a service I expected from a 4 star hotel but the lady started to argue with me. Such a shame.

By the way the mattress on the bed is uncomfortable and pillows are just flat as a panckake.

The only good thing was a breakfast.

Stayed in July 2017 for short two night shopping spree. Room was very clean and modern which extended into bathroom and the super size shower. Room over looked the square which was quiet and pleasant views around . Breakfast very nice and good variety of bread/meat & fruit with a few hot options.
What made this a great stay was the fact we travelled with two small dogs and the hotel provided new dog beds, dog treats and new water dishes, this was the first hotel to provide this level of service that we have stayed in and is really thoughtful of the hotel and a winner for anyone who likes to take their pet along with them. We will certainly stay here again with our pets.

Room Tip: Rooms over looking the Square have nice views

We recently spent a week in Andorra, and although we didn't stay in this hotel, we visited the bar every single evening. There is seating outside in the square, with artificial grass and pots of herbs and lanterns on the tables. It felt very relaxed and was a great place to watch the world go by. The square seems to host regular music events in the summer, which attract lots of families and create a brilliant atmosphere.
The reason for us returning so often, however, were the staff. They made us feel very welcome, and we absolutely loved their sense of humour! Although the service was occasionally slow (particularly when we formed part of a larger group), they looked after us well and clearly enjoyed their work. After busy days of exploring, it was a real pleasure to unwind here each evening.

The hotel is a bit lost between modern and antique when it comes to physical and service features. I was fortunate enough to have their honeymoon suite with a 2 seater jacuzzi bath and a well designed room that gave you passage, lounge, seating area and bedroom. Lovely view of the City. Service a little on the poor side when it came to reception. Food very good. Cost benefit ratio puts this rough diamond in a gem at about 7,5/10
