This is a 3 star hotel; The room is spacious. All facilities inside the room are in good quality. Very friendly staff. The female receptionist spent quite an effort to help me searching possible bus available to leave Andorra for next day. When my bus would be in the afternoon, they gracefully let me stay in my room longer. The hotel is also equipped with a restaurant and bar.

The hotel locates at the north end of the Town and is at the beginning of the populous pedestrian boulevard. You can stroll along the boulevard and shop (or window shopping) in the commercial stores on both two sides of the street; all the way down southward to the new bus station (It is about half an hour walk between the hotel and the bus station).

You can reach Andorra by taking the AndBus from French southern city Toulouse bus station (beside train station). The daily bus departs at 10:00am at Platform 15. There is no bus information on monitor display; and you pay to bus driver directly. The journey is about 3.5 hours and the mountain route is scenery and beautiful. There is another bus at 19:30pm, but that ride would be totally in dark and I wouldn't recommend it. Of course you may also reach Andorra from Spain side, Barcelona.

Lovely little place, cafe downstairs hotel upstairs. Had a nice comfortable single ensuite room. Free wifi. Check in staff spoke a little English so managed to sort out my parking and check in, which pub to go to etc, checkout staff not so good which led to alot of frustration with the car park. (Basically the end result is you need the car park card to get out of the car park, then you need to park somewhere whilst you give the card back! There isnt street parking, but at least I did not get a ticket!)

This is a small, three star hotel with a few limitations but otherwise quite acceptable. The main limitation is that their website states that they have air conditioning which they do not. This is not good! I always book a hotel with air-con and would not have booked this one had I been told the truth! The breakfasts are also very basic with just a box being supplied with, in our case, a glass of fruit salad, two slices of stale bread, one croissant, one slice of ham and one slice of cheese. There were also two sachets of jam and marmalade which were disgusting. A thin gloopy mess with no hint of fruit.
On the good side the rooms are of a decent size, clean and in our case with two windows. The staff are pleasant and helpful but speak little English. The location is good being at one end of the main shopping street, however, it is a long way to the main town of La Vella and it is an even longer walk back as it is all uphill. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family death but the hotel would not offer us any refund for the three days we missed. It would have been nice. With a better breakfast and a truthful website this could be quite a decent hotel.

Extremely decent hotel in the upper part of Andorra la Vella. Nice shopping areas around and a pleasant square outside the hotel. Prices are for this season very low. Nice staff in the hotel and across the square there is a nice bar.

Was really happy with the hotel. Room was not big but so clean and beautiful. Bathroom was tops. Great location. Loved this hotel and can highly recommend it! Friendly staff too. I would love to return.
