I can't fault this place. It's right on the edge of St Génis des Fontaines, with lovely views of the Pyrénées, but cycling distance from the grocers and boulanger in the village centre. We had easy access to the coast, by hire car, as well as the mountains, hills, fortified towns, caves, etc inland.
The villa itself was spotless and came with the best-equipped kitchen of any place we've stayed. The trunk of beach equipment and towels made it much easier to meet the baggage weight restrictions on our flight.
Jo (the owner) was very keen to ensure that we had a good time, sending us plenty of information before our holiday. (She was also very forgiving about a breakage caused by our 3-year old!).
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
