Stayed first week in March. Beautiful mix of quirky and traditional style decor throughout the hotel.
Although its position is on the edge of the village it has easy access to the slopes.
Full marks to the chefs for creating tasty dishes all week. Great views of the pistes and mountains from the restaurant.
Lovely bar and outside terrace, a great place to catch the last of the days sunshine with an apre ski drink. My partner also says the barman mixes the best Aperol Spritz she has ever had and she has tried a few!!!
But the icing on the cake are all the wonderful staff. From the warm greeting you get the moment you first step into reception (the only thing warmer is the central heating which does occasionally get a bit too warm) to the time you reluctantly hand your room card back nothing was ever to much trouble and always with a welcoming smile.
Our first but definitely not our last time at the Kohlmayr.
Thank you everyone.More
