We had a tough time finding a place without reservations and without smoking. Although it seems smoking was allowed at the bar, the restaurant part in front had no smoking. And there was no trouble getting a table. It was pretty sparse. We were concerned why. Maybe being down a side alley. But the food was very good and the price reasonable. Beer and food options were somewhat limited, but satisfying. Service was very good.
