Had 2 stays there, one in August, one in late September. Breakfast buffet is very good. There is a dry sauna with about 15 people capacity, but the 4 or 5 times I used it, I was either alone or 1 or 2 other guests joined. The hotel seems to get a lot of tour groups there, which are less familiar or interested in Austrian sauna hobby. There are 2 showers facing each other near the sauna, and a separate women’s and men’s locker room near the entrance to the sauna area. There are 2 relaxation rooms, one with 6 lounge chairs, one with 2. There are 2 balconies at the sauna area, but sadly the glass doors are kept locked so you can actually use the balconies. Sadly, there is no club lounge or executive lounge even though most other Renaissance hotels do have them. I was lucky enough to get a suite upgrade on my second visit.

Excellent hotel near Schonbrunn Palace. The U-Bahn station is across the street and it takes 8 minutes to travel the 5 stations to the Opera. It is also easy to reach the airport with the U-Bahn connecting to the S-Bahn in Wien Mite. The hotel itself is very nice and modern, excellent staff and wonderful rooms. The buffet breakfast is excellent. It also has a nice sauna. I will stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in order to go to an ELO concert at the Vienna Stadthalle. We arrived Saturday early evening and left first thing Monday morning - parking in the hotel's underground car park would have cost 50 euro, so we found free on street parking nearby!
The hotel is easy to find and is quite a way out of the city centre, but is very handy for the metro, so getting around Vienna is reasonably easy. The non city centre location makes the parking seem even more extortionate.
We were given a nice room on the fifth floor with a nice comfortable bed but a boring view of the inner courtyard. We got two good night's sleep. As mentioned in the title, there is no exec lounge - very unusual for a city Renaissance. To make up for this, we were comped breakfast as Marriott Platinum. The breakfasts were very good - a nice buffet and good staff very pro-active in keeping the buffet stocked and clearing tables.
We also had a nice evening meal in the hotel restaurant. It wasn't too busy, but the service was very good. My wife had salmon trout with rice salad and baked potato. I had sirloin steak with baked potato, bacon wrapped green beans + salad - both very nice meals, very well presented. Sweet of apple strudel and ice cream was also first class.
All in all it is a nice hotel, but the fact it is so far out of the city centre, has no exec lounge and charges so much for parking will ensure we look elsewhere next time we are in Vienna. I realise that the majority of the people who stay at this hotel are expense account business people, who don't care about parking charges or exec lounges, so I am sure the hotel will continue to be successful.

This hotel is easy accessible to and from the airport . And it is only €4.20 one way .
Take the S7 tram to Wien Matt upon arrival follow the sign U4 (metro line) direction to Hutterdolf . Get off at Meidlin Haupstable .
Get to the exit for the direction of Meidlin Haupstable and you will see a sign to ULMANNSTRASSE the hotel is just across the street .
The price for the hotel is value for the money . And if you has Marriott reward membership elite level you get full recognition.
Good breakfast !
The staffs are very friendly and courteous .
The room are comfortable and apparently recently renovated , although the building look from outside is nothing of interest .
Easy access to the city centre by metro.

The hotel is one metro station close to schonbrun and 5 stations far away from the center. The rooms are very cosy, the bed very comfortable and you have a decent brrakfast. I really enjoyed my stay there
