The hotel has a good location, on the main shopping street, quite close to the center. It had nice modern rooms and the hotel staff is very friendly. The cleaning crew is great, the room and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. They also have a terrace next to the dinning area so you can eat outside on a sunny day.

I would fix the hotel logo at the elevator in the lobby though. Also, I was a bit irritated when I arrived with a car. There is not parking information provided on the website, it just says parking is available on site. When I arrived it turns out the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone so I could not reach the hotel and did not have information where to park. The wifi in the hotel is extra extra slow. I know there is an option to buy a better speed connection but come on, if there is a 5min wait for the mail to load and not being able to read the news in a browser, that is less the basic connection then. Also, there is only one elevator in the hotel, for guests and staff. There is really a need for the second elevator for the staff, because in the morning, with people heading for breakfast and cleaning crew doing its job, it was quite a wait. Nevertheless, I would stay here again, those are minor things.

Room Tip: I do not know about the outside rooms but the inner rooms where very quiet

I am glad to hear you had a nice stay at the NH Collection Wien Zentrum.

Directly in front of the property is the entrace the subway U3, connecting you to anywhere in town as well as to the airport. In the surrounding area you will also find many trendy bars and a vast variety of restaurants. On your way to the historic center, which is a comfortable stroll away, you will come across Spittelberg, Museumsquartier and Hofburg.
I appreciate your constructive comments and would like to take the opportunity to inform you that the sign was already fixed. Please accept my sincere apologies for the misinformation in regards to parking, I informed our webdesigners to change the content on the newly designed homepage. NH hotel Wien Zentrum is amazing. It is located between Noubau and Ziegelgasse metro stations. It is also situated between Peak&Clopenberg and Klieder Bauer. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed was a bit unconfortable and pillows, too. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Even though the hotel is situated in Mariahilferstrasse the room was pretty quiet.

The hotel is located in the middle of very busy shopping street that is perfect if your main purpose for visiting Viena is shopping. It can get fairly noisy at night as the area is also popular with locals for hanging around even after the shops are closed, there is a MacDonald restaurant opposite to the hotel that is opened until late. It is not a big issue unless you want to spend a quiet and relaxing time in the city. Our main problem was very poor internet connection in our room that basically didn't exist. So if you need to use one you are better off going to the MacDonalds across the street or buy a local SIM card.
Otherwise, if the street noise level and poor Internet connection are not very important for
you, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Viena.

Room Tip: ask for a room not facing the main street

Noisy as it is located at the shopping street. Very hot inside the room as there is no air-conditioning service just like most of the hotels in Europe. The wifi could not be accessed inside the room#201.

If you prefer a more quiet room, I suggest to look into our aparments or family rooms, since fist ones are facing the park and latter towards the courtyard. You will find a detailed description of all acommodations on our homepage.

Awesome! Good location, not so far away from the city center. So welcoming to the dogs owners. Once we have used sauna, it`s combined with a little gym, so I guess, that it`s only for a small private company of max. 4 people, anyhow it was good. There was small choice of Breakfast available and up to me it was overpriced. 4* cleaning, because I found black hairs into our room.
