The hotel ''sits'' on a shopping street right next to a metro station that can take you everywhere in mob time. There are many shops around and two supermarkets for anything you might need. We booked a twin room, that it was very nice, clean and rather big for Vienna standards. The receptionists were very professional, helpful and polite. Our overall experience with the hotel was very good.

Dear guest,

thank you very much for taking your time to provide feedback.

I am delighted to hear you had an excellent stay at the NH Collection Wien Zentrum.
Our boutique hotel is located on Mariahilfer Straße, one of Europe's largest shopping boulevards. Directly in front of the property is the entrace the subway U3, connecting you to anywhere in town as well as to the airport. In the surrounding area you will also find many trendy bars and a vast variety of restaurants. On your way to the historic center, which is a comfortable stroll away, you will come across Spittelberg, Museumsquartier and Hofburg.
The spacious rooms feature swiveling TVs that divide the sleeping and sitting area, rain effect showers, Nespresso machine and kettle with a selection of tea, as well as our custom made NH Sleep Better beds with pillow selection.
In the morning, the rich breakfast buffet offers a large variety of fresh and local produce. Egg dishes are individually made to your wishes. Enjoy a glass of fresh orange juice or champagne and start the new day with a breathtaking view over Vienna's skyline.
Each and every employee is passionate about being a host, reassuring your city trip will be extraordinary.

I am looking forward to welcoming you back again soon.

Best wishes,

The hotel has a good location, on the main shopping street, quite close to the center. It had nice modern rooms and the hotel staff is very friendly. The cleaning crew is great, the room and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. They also have a terrace next to the dinning area so you can eat outside on a sunny day.

I would fix the hotel logo at the elevator in the lobby though. Also, I was a bit irritated when I arrived with a car. There is not parking information provided on the website, it just says parking is available on site. When I arrived it turns out the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone so I could not reach the hotel and did not have information where to park. The wifi in the hotel is extra extra slow. I know there is an option to buy a better speed connection but come on, if there is a 5min wait for the mail to load and not being able to read the news in a browser, that is less the basic connection then. Also, there is only one elevator in the hotel, for guests and staff. There is really a need for the second elevator for the staff, because in the morning, with people heading for breakfast and cleaning crew doing its job, it was quite a wait. Nevertheless, I would stay here again, those are minor things.

Room Tip: I do not know about the outside rooms but the inner rooms where very quiet

I appreciate your constructive comments and would like to take the opportunity to inform you that the sign was already fixed. Please accept my sincere apologies for the misinformation in regards to parking, I informed our webdesigners to change the content on the newly designed homepage. Also internet will be fixed, as the NH Hotel Group is in the process of renewing the entire infrastructure in the hotel.

NH hotel Wien Zentrum is amazing. It is located between Noubau and Ziegelgasse metro stations. It is also situated between Peak&Clopenberg and Klieder Bauer. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed was a bit unconfortable and pillows, too. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Even though the hotel is situated in Mariahilferstrasse the room was pretty quiet.

The hotel is located in the middle of very busy shopping street that is perfect if your main purpose for visiting Viena is shopping. It can get fairly noisy at night as the area is also popular with locals for hanging around even after the shops are closed, there is a MacDonald restaurant opposite to the hotel that is opened until late. It is not a big issue unless you want to spend a quiet and relaxing time in the city. Our main problem was very poor internet connection in our room that basically didn't exist. So if you need to use one you are better off going to the MacDonalds across the street or buy a local SIM card.
Otherwise, if the street noise level and poor Internet connection are not very important for
you, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Viena.

Room Tip: ask for a room not facing the main street
