I visited on a Saturday and there was a guided tour for one hour which I joined. This was not so much a guided tour though, but a man holding a speech and telling anecdotes about the churches history and about Otto Wagner and his time. So I was a wee bit disappointed not to get access to aside the main part of the church but I was already so very happy to be in there at all that it didn't matter so much!
The interior of the church is beautiful and planned and designed to the tiniest detail.
I also visited a small museum which is very close to the church about Nazi medical crimes, also a place I can highly recommend to visit as it's part of the history of Steinhof.
