We went here as the last stop of our honeymoon in june. We were a little later in the afternoon to arrive (5'ish) and called the day before to book a spot in the parking garage. The parking garage is very narrow, but it is do able to get in there. We booked a superior room instead of a standard room for a little more luxury, upon arrival we were send to a room on the 4th floor, I will include pictures, this was by no means a superior room, not even a standard room. It was a single person room with an extra foldable bed. We went back down to the reception, and the receptionist kept on telling us that 'according to the system this is a superior room' even after showing the pictures. He send us to another hotel of the chain, claiming that that would also be a superior room (even though that hotel doesn't have a difference between standard an superior). All in all not a good experience, our room was prepaid and still they didnt have it, we got more then hour delay on a already long day. Wouldnt recommend.

Arrived with my family at around 18:30. I had booked a superior double room with an extra bed. Sent 2 timesan email, they only replied the first one, so i called one week earlier to confirm that we were going to have an extra bed in the room, with an added cost ofcourse. And... when we arrived , no bed!!!

The receptionist said couldnt do anything although they had it on a notebook written. After a lot of pressure he gave me another room for the night.

Next morning an other receptionist told me that they could try to bring me a bed and i was furious!!! Fortunately they did.

In general the hotel is very good llocated, just 5 minutes walk from ubahn station and Maria Hilfe Strasse. Very clean and with 24 hour free coffee at the reception.

Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast is kind of small in first look but there is not something missing to be honest. Staff in breakfast was very polite!

In general i would recommend it but they need to be more organized.

We liked the location because it was near the metro station .The stuff was polite and was trying to help but the facilities were very poor so they couldn’t do much! We didn’t have even fridge working! Very small room and one elevator small for both sections of the hotel! The WiFi didn’t work properly and the tv was very small. The breakfast was satisfactory.

+ This hotel is perfectly located!
+ Accessible with the car
+ has a private underground parking (15€ per day).
+ within 5 minutes you are in a shopping street,
+ next to the subway, only one station to the historical city centre.

- small rooms
- hard beds
- there is no restaurant or bar only breakfast
- we have one kid, was for free. But it turned out it is only for free if the kid sleeps in the same bed as the parents?!? We had an extra bed placed in the room for 30€ per night extra...

We stayed there for one night with my family. We really liked the place, very stylish lobby and contemporary design rooms. Staff was friendly and helped immediately us when we needed an extra pillow.

It's located very closed to main shopping street Mariahilfer strasse, but to most attractions you have to arrange transport. We didn't bother with public transport as we don't speak German, but 10€ Uber took us to most places.

The only thing that bothered me ... on Booking.com they stated, they had a a parking ... I asked about it two times before arrival buy email, but there was no answer?! It turned out the garage was 5 minutes walk away and costed 15€ /day.
