Like many other reviewers, we came across this establishment by virtue of our hotel proximity. We had lunch here. They stuff pita pockets and toast them in a pizza oven. They are delicious and the small is an ample size for lunch. I had the ham, tomato, onion and cheese pocket. It was tasty. They brew their own beer which my husband enjoyed greatly and they don't over charge for the wine if you are not a beer drinker. Stop in if you find you are in the neighborhood. Large no smoking are a plus for us.

We stopped here the afternoon we arrived since it was close to our Pension and our room was not ready. The house beer was very good. We shared a sandwich was different, and tasty. The sandwich did not come with anything, and was served on a plate by itself. A better presentation would help.

Kolar is typically a favourite destination of ours after a trip to the cinema, the flat breads are great, the dark beer is fantastic but the service needs some work. Typically we're left waiting until our orders are taken and it often requires a trip to the bar to get any drinks. Normally we accept this as typically Viennese until we started getting charged for drinks we didn't order, the waiter insisted that the error in counting to 6 (they charged us for 7) must lie with the three of us! He then walked off and refused to discuss it further, €3.60 isn't the end of the world but certainly left us with a bad taste in our mouths despite otherwise excellent food and drink. A real shame.

After spending time in Budapest and Prague, we had sticker shock in Vienna. Luckily, this place was near our hotel, and we ate here a couple of times. Flatbreads - or what I'd call filled pita bread - served with a variety of fillings. We tried several and they were all good, filling, and relatively wholesome. It's worth mentioning that they also brew some excellent beer, which is well worth trying - I had the Zwickl, which is rare to find, and which was delicious.
