I am very fond of Indian food so I was very intrigued by this restaurant since it has very good reviews and it is close to where I live. I have eaten at quite a few Indian restaurants including one of the supposed best ones in Norway, which is Mother India in Kristiansand S. While that is a very good restaurant and probably one of the better looking places I have been, the food is not as good as the one at Singh Saab.
Truly the best Indian food I have ever eaten. I had a Chicken Korma, which maybe is boring but delicious. I ordered it in madras and it was decently spiced. The owner and chef was really nice and was more than happy to talk about the food how he likes to do it etc. To be fair when we were there, it was not very busy at all, but still he was really nice.
The venue itself looks okay. It has a bit of an old look and it is kind of hidden. The interior looks cozy, and there was some traditional Indian music in the background, but not very loud. To summarize I would recommend this place to anyone who are looking for a good meal. I will absolutely go back there and I hope you consider going there as well. You will not be disappointed!
