Extremely tasteful menu which is changed every week. This restaurant should have at least one star in the Michelin guide.
This is the place where you cannot rush through the 5 or 6 course menu. You really have to taste everything and enjoy the arctic cuisine and the well composed menu. No salt & pepper on the table. The high quality food does not need any extra seasoning. For a 6 course dinner you will spend at least 3 hours along with the excellent waiters and the fabulous chef. There is no hurry even though the time flies in their company. The menu also includes several tasty surprises.
Excellent local product accompanied by superior wines.
Book early! At least 1-2 months before planned visit.
