Description: Pizza Restaurant with character in Tromso. We have brought with us a piece of Italy to the Arctic Circle. With our wood-fired stone oven we serve authentic pizzas made by Italian chefs in Neapolitan style and many quality wines from Italy. All this in a steampunk inspired atmosphere. We focus on authentic Italian pizza and ingredients, both in terms of food and drink. However, we also incorporate fine local products like our own house beer and a few selection of other beers all brewed in Tromso by our friends at Bryggeri13. Casa Inferno is both an experience for the taste of the Italian cuisine and also a visual experience for the innovative style. Open every day of the week. Now you can make table reservations with us! We accept bookings for any number of people but only for days between sundays and thursdays! Walk-ins are still welcome. Call us during opening hours or contact us by e-mail for any further information. Please consider your booking final only after a confirmation reply from Casa Inferno.

One of our favourite places in Tromso. The place only serves pizza (and a few antipasti) but it was done really nicely with friendly staff and delicious bread served beforehand. The decor is great. We went at 3pm - no queues. We (to our surprise) recommend the dessert pizza.

I think the overpriced pizza in this picture speaks for it self. Worst ever! I had the pizza "Inferno" wich cost a wopping 188,- NKR, with tomato, mozzarella, salami picante, black olives & chili. I orded it without olives. The only thing picante aboute this pizza was the price.

excellent place! The service was fast and the pizze were amazing. Thin crust and tasty topping, that was a perfect early dinner before chasing the northern lights!

Located up near the Smart hotel, this restaurant is always busy. Despite this the service is good and after a short wait a space will open up.

There are the usual choices for Pizza. The poor point was that they offer absolutely nothing in the way of salad as an accompaniment.

Their beer, in my opinion, is just weird. We tried 2 different types. Not to my taste. Might be to yours.

We arrived at a peak dinner time of 7.30pm. We entered the restaurant and we were greeted by a waitress telling us to "get out," of the restaurant, as there were so many people in the restaurant it was getting too full.

Another waiter, more friendly, kindly asked us to wait outside (bear in mind that it was minus 2 degrees) until a table opened up. During the wait outside, several other people entered the restaurant and were not made to wait in the cold but were able to enjoy drinks and nibbles at the bar.

After 50 minutes waiting without the outdoor heaters on (I'm surprised we decided to wait this long too, but we'd seen the trip advisor reviews saying it has the best pizza in Tromso and we didn't want to traipse about looking for something else), we came inside and waited a further ten minutes at the bar before being given a table for four.

Our order after this, came without delay and we were soon eating our pizza orders. Perhaps it was the wait that has made me annoyed, but the pizza dough was quite chewy and undercooked and overall I wouldn't say it was worth waiting for in the end.

We were also overcharged for a drink on our bill and when questioned one of the waitresses said in English, "this sometimes happens."

Overall, a total disappointment for us - but others looked happy enough. We just had a bad experience!
