Although a delightful little café, organisation and management seems to be non-existent. Ordered coffees which were put on a restaurant type ticket system so ended up waiting half an hour just for 2 coffees. We sat outside and waited, each of the empty tables (including ours) were littered with dirty dishes & discarded food, needless to say a seagull swooped on to one of the plates and proceeded to gobble down the discarded food. We asked a waitress if she was going to clear our table to which she replied "not until I've done my orders" - she was going back empty handed anyway & could have carried the tray but there we go! Management is non-existent in here which is a shame as the food is delightful & presented extremely well, train the staff better & operate a more organised procedure and this café could be extremely good. As it is, if your coffee order is behind a table waiting for food you are in for a very long wait seems ridiculous to me. And PLEASE clear outside tables promptly, no wonder the seagulls are a problem, cafe's like this are adding to it.
I'm not a fan of the toilet door opening directly into the café - a bit off putting although there is a "screen" to block off the table opposite but its clean and suitable for people with mobility problems. Seems to have lacked a bit of thought.

We only wanted tea and scones. Cafe looked lovely. It wasn't full. We sat down at a table and after about 5 minutes (after we had made ourselves comfortable) the waitress came over and said they were operating a ticket system and it would be 45 minutes minimum. When we said we only wanted scones it made no difference. Needless to say we went elsewhere.

This coffee shop and cafe looks lovely, indeed the cakes and the like on display looked lovely.

However, they haven't got a clue when it comes to making a decent coffee.

Left very disappointed.

Highly recommend this adorable little cafe. Nothing is too much trouble and the food is superb. We have eaten here two years apart and the same staff are there! The portions are on the large side so be aware!!!! Give it a go! Evenings are worth the money for a set menu choice you can have just one course ! We love this place.

After a walk up great orme in the strong winds, we found this cafe for a welcome warm up and hot drink. The children both had hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows which looked delicious. My husband and I had americanos with hot milk which were lovely. We had hoped to have the cafetiere which was on the menu but were told that the cafetieres explode and some more were on order so we couldn't have them! That was the only thing that reduced the rating.
