I stayed for one excellent night this week, along with several of the other cast members as we were performing in the theatre just down the road. We were offered excellent rates for bed and breakfast and ALSO were treated to some excellent home-cooked food when we got back after the show. We sat with our hosts in the very comfortable and welcoming bar, drank some excellent Welsh beers, ate our tasty food and talked nonsense until the small hours. The rooms were very clean, comfortable with a nice wee telly and breakfast was brilliant the following morning. Poached eggs cooked to order. Even those cast members checking out that morning were invited to use the nice lounge for the day before heading off to the show that evening. So I sat and read my book in the bay window overlooking the sea. It was really excellent. Michael and Dave were the perfect hosts, tolerant of our late-risers' breakfast requirements and our cheekily asking for a cup of tea even after we'd officially left the hotel. Thoroughly, thoroughly recommended.
