I stay at Premier Inns at least twice a week through work
recent stays around East London
the experience has been like a bad day at work !!
but this hotel has exceeded all my expectations
room very good and clean
the food in the Beef-eater was absolutely excellent
including the management and staff
this is the best one I've stayed in his England Scotland and Wales
can't wait to do it again

thank you to all the staff at this Premier Inn

Room Tip: rooms next to the road traffic noise but I had the windows open

Located just off M6 and very easy to find. Rooms of a high standard. Family of four (kids 2 and 1) were very comfortable. Ones temporary beds are laid out room has two King sized beds so lots of space for everyone. Very quiet at night and staff were excellent

Friendly welcoming staff, rooms are ok for how long we were in them. Rooms are very warm as there is no air conditioning only heating. Could do with a little tlc, rooms starting to look old. Beefeater next door ok for convenience.

Hotel is typical middle of the road premier in, quite quiet, pretty clean, good staff good sized rooms etc

The beef eater was pretty awful to be honest, burned pie, days old browning salad, kids meals pretty inedible and worst of all, no hashbrowns at breakfast. The breakfast wasn’t too bad, a lot better than dinner at least. It’s not the worst beefeater that I’ve eaten at (probably 20+ different ones) but it’s down there which is a shame as I remember it being better on past visits.
Staff were all friendly enough but not enough of them to deal with the customer volume.
