An airy, modern out-of-town pub with friendly staff. We went to try out the weekday lunch special (£6.95 for two courses from the board). The only starter offered was soup but there were six or seven main options and two desserts.I opted for the cottage pie and vegetables followed by lemon tart; husband had liver and onions with mash and veg, followed by jam sponge and custard. Great value for money. Will definitely be going back.
