My wife and I stayed June 24 in an executive room.
Although the room had obviously been recently decorated there were still many faults. There was so little space to hang clothes and no drawers, the containers for the bathroom soap, conditioner and body wash were very badly placed it was virtually impossible to press the plungers, if you were having a bath you had to stand up for access. To sit in the bath was extremely uncomfortable as the non slip strips had been placed the whole length of the bath, right under your backside.
There was no discernible heating in the bathroom and no curtains.
There was heating in the bedroom that came on at 6 pm.
No bedside table on one side of the bed , with no reading light.
No hooks in the lobby for wet clothing.
No access to a balcony that was deemed to be dangerous.
The painting on the windows and doors was very chipped.
Downstairs the dining room and breakfast room were smart, but once again the state of the windows and doors was tatty.
However the food for dinner and breakfast was excellent and well presented with good choices.
To sum up, great potential but needs a lot more TLC
