In brief, the whole park looked very run down & unloved. In dire need of general refurbishment & a tidying up. We actually wondered if the park was partly closed down, however it being a Saturday during peak season, it obviously wasn't! Some rides were not open (no idea why), the amusement arcade (unstaffed) was dirty (overflowing bins that had clearly not been emptied of late) with a number of games inoperable (money lost as coins jammed plus change machines dodgy (£2 in, 50p out!!). Food outlets very limited (did get coffees, but had to interrupt the girl serving as she was rather busy chatting to a friend). A very disappointing day out (or part day, as ours turned out). Would definitely not revisit.

It does not compete with the big parks like Thorpe Park etc but that is not a bad thing. People say this park is neglected, I personally don’t thing it is. The big parks may have the latest rides but they are constantly braking down during the day- we go to at least one every year and always come away feeling slightly disappointed.
Back to pleasure woods hills- It is very spacious plenty of space for kids to run around and come across rides. Lots of picnic benches spread out over the park. It was very clean and tidy. Toilets could have had more lighting!
The maya diving show was brilliant. There were wasps, but not a big issue - the park must be dealing with them some how.
The children enjoyed the rides.
It was a good day out.
Only thing we were very disappointed with was the pizza restaurant that says it is open for 2 hours after the park closes- thought that would have been a lovely ending to the day but think the staff wanted an early finish - they let us pay, closed the doors, told us no more pizzas would be cooked- no idea how long they were sitting on the hot plate but they were uneatable. We did get our money back when we complained and were told it is only open after the park closes if they have bookings- they never told us that when they took our money! and there was nothing on website that advises us of that, we were very disappointed plus we now had to find somewhere else to feed our young grandchildren, who were getting hungry! Not a great ending to our day

We had a brilliant day at Pleasurewood Hills! Me, 3 friends and a child came here today and managed to do almost everything we wanted too, even wishing the park stayed open even longer. It is very expensive but if youre willing to pay out a little bit they have a £25 bucket of chicken with chips and a 1.5 litre bottle worth every penny. £5 each to feed 4 hungry adults and a little girl, worth it! A big shoutout to Jacob on the fireball making me and my friends day that little bit more special!

Spent the day there yesterday, the staff i had the pleasure of dealing with were brilliant, there are four or five rides worth going on if you don't mind queuing, the Ghost train has it's due hidden inside, with excessively loud piped music, not the best place to be trapped..

Timber log water ride..? has long questions then stopped working, the other water side only had one side running which added to guess what....!!?? Yup.! more long queues !!

Food....! take a picnic...
