The Old Library is perfectly situated just set back from the bustle of the town but less than a minute's walk from the shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and the beautiful waterfront. The house is a pretty building located in a small square above the church and there is free parking immediately outside. Cecilia and Tom are delightful hosts, very welcoming and happy to share their extensive knowledge of the area, it's attractions and history. Tom provided a great cooked breakfast and we particularly liked the local bread. Altogether, a wonderful visit and we would definitely return.
The atmosphere in this B&B is very relaxed and the owners are very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Lots of choice. The house was centrally located and had its own parking area. The proximity to the church clock makes it noisy but Fowey being such a small town the chimes would be heard in many houses. A beautiful little town with a delightful bay.
