My wife and I spent a romantic night here prior to me undergoing major surgery for cancer later in the week. The room was spacious, warm and very clean and tidy. We had booked champagne etc. on the hot tub balcony and spent an enjoyable evening and night at the Lodge. There is plenty of scope for activities with the Lodge being bordered by a beautiful golf course and Aboyne Loch for water sports. The food was good and breakfast was enjoyable and filling.

There is a great deal to see and do in the area with an activity centre a few miles East with quad biking, go-carting, shooting and 4x4 driving, plus a lovely tearoom.

The Lodge is certainly worth a visit.

As soon as we went in we were met by a very polite gentleman who made us feel very welcome, we were there for hot stone massages with jean & Denise, my girlfriend and I have been to a lot of the very well known hotels & Spa's that do this but none of them compare to this treatment they certainly know what they are doing make you feel so relaxed and are so friendly, I would highly recommend

Mediocre food and dreadful service. We don't go out to be insulted. Will never visit this place again.
