This is a lovely hotel pristeen clean and full of character. The bed linen smelt lovely and the bed was very comfortable.Having your choice of breakfast delivered to your room in a picnic hamper was so lovely.I would highly recommend this hotel and room 5

A beautiful room with a fair price. A lot of thought and effort is clearly visible to make this a very pleasant overnight stay. A full breakfast delivered to the room in a quirky wicker basket was a great surprise. Wall mounted tv bracket needs fixing so it can swivel and allow tv to be watched in bed.

Room Tip: Only saw the one room which was a king double.

Visited here this month for 2 nights and I must say what a lovely clean place it was. There was a great choice for breakfast and in it was a bottle of Buck’s Fizz which I think gave it a lovely touch.

Not far to walk to the lake, which has stunning views (make sure you take duck food) and there are plenty of places to choose from to eat and drink.

Visited here on a whim and I have to say we weren’t disappointed, we had our dog with us too and was given a room located on the back way so we could let the dog out. Your breakfast arrives in a hamper which is a lovely way to receive this. You choose from a varied selection of food and also receive a bottle of Buck’s Fizz.

The room was very clean, modern shabby chic with tea and coffee supplies. The bath is massive with an over head shower.

A 5 minute walk to Windermere with loads of places to choose to eat and drink.

Overall a very pleasant stay, thank you ...

We spent two nights here, as we come to Windermere once a year,
For each year we have been together, and this is by far the best b&b we have stayed In.
The decor, is tasteful, trendy, and cosy. The owner was lovely and friendly. Also helpful. Just full of little lovely touches, I.e proseco and flutes on bed on arrival, breakfast hampers to your room so you don't have to rush to get ready and go down to breakfast. With a nice bottle of Buck's Fizz which made it feel special. The room was stunning, I am someone who loves decor and this was lovely for me. The television was a decent size also. And it's on the door step of every shop bar or restaurant also. We will return here! Could not fault any point of out stay. Thank you! Emma and Nathan x
