“Beautiful apartment with truly stunning views.”
Reviewed September 18, 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Fantastic position very close to picturesque Ilfracombe Harbour, but in a peaceful 'no through road'. The views over the sea and the sounds of the tides from the property are wonderful. The amenities in the apartment were brilliant; washing machine, microwave, lift (great for transporting luggage upstairs) etc. The town has a range of very good cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Loads to do in the vicinity. Excellent coves and beaches for water sports. Would definitely use this property again.

Hello June. Thank you for the very positive review. We are so glad the apartment lived up to your expectations. We have tried to make the apartment 'home from home'. We look forward to seeing you and your family again in the new year.

“stunning views, great location with almost all you need except a good nights sleep.”
Reviewed August 20, 2017 for a stay in August 2017

The property is in a great location with easy access to everywhere has got stunning views (even got a WOW from the kids) and is well fitted out with everything you need except strangely no microwave which comes in handy with kids who like pancakes and hot chocolate. We had a couple of issues, the shower hose had a hole in it and the light stopped working in the bathroom. Both things the owner must already be aware of so we didnt bother trying to get it sorted just got on with our holiday. If you are a light sleeper you will not get a good nights sleep because there is a bay right in front of the bedroom window where seagulls come every morning between 4 and 5 and squawk very very loudly you have to hear it to beleive it. The lift makes access to the property very easy. Plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space but oddly only 6 coat hangers in the whole place. Overall we enjoyed our stay and liked Ilfracombe a lot.

“Location, Location, Location”

Only 1 minute walk from what I feel is the nicest end of Ilfracombe, with bustling harbour and all that comes with it, pubs, restaurants etc., but in a quiet street far enough away not to be kept awake at night. It would be difficult to find a better located rental,
The accommodation is clean and well equipped. Washing /dryer, dishwasher large fridge freezer, gas hob etc. Ample storage, Wi-Fi .There.are some limitations such as anyone over 14 stone would struggle to get into en suite! Also extra care would be needed if toddlers were accommodated (balcony virtually over sea ,.,) Car parking in general is a problem in this part of Devon, although plenty of car parks in & around they are not chesp. A nice touch leaving tea, coffee, milk and biscuits for incoming
guests. We were tired and thirsty, having broken down en route so this was a
welcome gesture.
Yes, the seagulls are noisy but hey, this is the seaside!
Of course as expected the real upside to this property was the awesome views of the rocks and sea directly below.
We would use again.

This was a great place to stay with the flat furnished to a good standard with pretty much everything you need.

The view out to see was lovely and and the flat was ideally located with easy access to all Ilfracombe has to offer. Parking was reasonably cheap, about £18 for 48 hours.

The only downside, and it is no fault of the owner, is the seagulls squaking right outside the master bedroom window.

Well worth the stay though.
