I have to say that on arrival this b+b looked friendly and cosy..just right for a short break..one of the first things we were asked was how we were paying and then on what card. On being shown our room first words from landlady was "its not very warm in here let me check the heating"...it was on
We didn't see landlady till next day...i went down to ask for some milk..was given some and told more would be put in the room
Later on in the day (approx 5.30 ish) we went back to the room it wasn't warm...radiator cold..so went to make a cup of tea..no milk...went down to find out what we could do..nobody around..I rang the mobile number and was answered by owner..quite rudely.."well I am not in..i am out for the night..." I asked about the milk and the heating and I was told that she supposed she would come back...took about 10 minutes flat...rapped on the very stiff door and marched straight to radiator twiddle with the knob and repeatedly said it's on it's on...the other radiator was and remained stone cold..i asked for some extra blankets and was told none available..I asked for an extra bedspread and was told none available so was offered 2single duvets that we used as radiator must have been faulty and cut out
radiator in bathroom didn't work either....kept out of her way after that...just as we were leaving she appeared in hallway and told us we hadn't paid...only for the first night....Obviously you would think that when they got yr details they would take the 3nights in one go
What a pity that a break away got spoilt by a landlady with a bad attitude......

Well what a stunning guest house, I am disabled so I could Park outside, there is a multi storey car park 2 mins away/train station also. There are steps up to and stairs, no lift. Luckily we were just a flight up. The room was amazing,it was a double but also had separate room with single bed and then the en-suite. It was lovely and clean and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was included in price, and was also fantastic. Host could not do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We paid £75 for the night but it was new years day. We will definitely be returning.

Room was beautiful, the bed was comfy and very clean. The staff were lovely, very helpful and polite. The BnB is a perfect distance from the main part of town. All in all a lovely trip to Tenby and would go back tomorrow!
