Well we tried to stay here for Southport Flower Show . Booked for 4 people in good time and got e mail confirmation . I rang the night before ‘Sorry we have no booking ‘ . Mix up as I’d originally booked via booking.com then called the hotel to ask if they had a disabled room . Yes we have so cancel your booking and book direct with us . This I did . I even got e mail confirmation ? Sadly they cancelled the first booking and the second was never done . Very disappointed as nothing as nice nearby so we ended up making a very long round trip back home again .
However the offer of a free meal for us all to make up for it was gratefully received . Thank you for trying to compensate and hopefully your booking procedure has been improved . More
