It looks like a small apartment converted to motel with a long corridor thru many doors (at least 10 doors) before you can get to your room. We stayed for 2 nights and no room services as they did not clean or change bed sheets and towels .It's far away from London central. The only good thing is people work at the front desk are very helpful and nice.More

I really like this place. The 1 bedroom apartment was great. We had a living room with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. It was just like home, and the staff really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay here next time in London.

This is my second time here. The staff here is very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and quite. The complex is located next to rail and bus stops. It is one bus ride from LHR airport. Tesco store located next door. Supplies and food are within short walking distance as well as restaurants.

We were moved five times to different rooms due to the how dirty the rooms were. They had an awful smell, the sheets were stained and dirty and we found an ant trail in one room. Ants were all over. We arrived at 11.30am and were not settled into a room until 2.30am! The rooms are not the same as the pictures you see online. It's more like a 1 star accommodation. Would not recommend this place unless you were desperate. We cut our three day stay to one night and arranged alternative accommodation. The staff were also shocked at the state of the rooms as they walked us around each room. Ruined the start of our London break. We had to chase the manager for a refund which he was reluctant to do until I explained our ordeal. Bad experience.

I had an accident burning some food and when the fier alarm was activated, the staff came quickly and promptly. Because of the smell I was moved with any extra costs to on other room. I've received as well the coins for one wash Maschine. And costed nothing! I was so impressed... May God bless them!
Beside this, the rooms are big, and clean and is so quiet if you need to rest, the staff wery polite and ready to help at any time. If you trip to London place book a room at this hotel!
