The food here was amazing, thoughtful and intricate, with exceptional use of Asian flavours. Highlights were the duck egg in potato skin dashi, yesterday's bread (which has had amazing things done to it with beef dripping, onions and black garlic), meltingly tender lamb in my main course, the Thai basil, cucumber and lime palate cleanser and the woodruff ice cream in my pudding. All with a stunning view of the sea. We will definitely come again when we are next in Pembrokeshire!
