Fantastic visit. We were welcomed on arrival and always received a greeting every time we passed the reception desk. All the staff are lovely and helpful. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable. A nice buffet breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. Would defiantly stay again.

Family trip of 4 adults and 1 infant to this unlikely tourist attraction. It is located in theiddle of retail estates but is worth a visit if you are prepared to pay the £9.50 a head entry fee. Good interactive tours and displays. Informative displays explaining the 2 ships docked at quayside and the main sailing ship is very interesting to walk round, though the miserable rain kept us off the deck. The local Hartlepool museum is adjacent, and free, and worth a visit on it's own. The senior staff were knowledgeable, informative and engaging and the junior staff much less so.

What a fabulous location set around the Marina - we couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. From the moment we checked in the staff were friendly and accommodating. Although our room was set in the annexe quite a walk from the main reception area it was well worth it as we had a room with a view of the boats moored in the marina. What a bonus! Living up to Premier Inn's TV advertising, we had a guaranteed good night's sleep, choice of pillows and large comfortable bed. How nice also to be able to take a walk around the marina before going to dinner. Also, the Hartlepool Maritime Museum was almost on the Premier Inn's door step so rather than continuing on our journey further north early next morning, we took some hours out and visited the museum which was excellent. This was a little addition to our holiday that we hadn't planned for. Just one little thing to remember, seems like the hairdryers are not a permanent fixture in the rooms any more (we have visited 2 different Premier Inns recently where hairdryers are not in situ) so remember to ask for one at Reception. Overall, an excellent stay at an excellent location. The food was also great value for money in the restaurant.
