We stayed for one night as a last minute little break. Having read other reviews, I was expecting the drive way to be tight and certainly found it to be that way. There are 5 parking spaces to the rear of the property, but with only two other cars there when we arrived, some manoeuvring still had to be done to get into a free space. We were greeted politely as we arrived earlier than expected and found our room was ready for us. The room itself (4) is on the first floor and overlooking the side of the property. The decoration is very nice and the room is spacious. A large bathroom also, with a good sized bath. The shower was not overly powerful, but it kept temperature and was fine. We were both impressed with all the little thoughtful added touches, like cotton wool and buds supplied in the bathroom, face cloths and a min fridge, iron board, umbrella (which we were grateful of). Nice toiletries selection also supplied and good quality branded items on the tea tray. Wardrobe space was plentiful and the room temperature was easily controlled by an individual radiator. Sleep quality was good, nice and quiet at night and the bed was a decent size. Breakfast is served in a spacious and individually styled dining room. There is a good choice of hot foods, cereals and fresh fruit on offer. My husband opted for the full English, while I went for eggs on toast. Both of us had no complaints about the food and enjoyed it. My husband said the sausage was good, but it would have been nice to have a hash brown as well. I would have preferred a smooth fruit juice rather than one with bits in, but I guess that’s down to taste. I would defiantly recommend people to book here and would consider booking again as long as I knew it was not going to be fully booked and parking would be made easy.

If your staying in Weston you have to stat here. Arrived to a warm welcome & were shown around. Drive is a bit tight and you wouldnt get a 4x4 down there, we just scraped through.
Stayed in room 6- listed as a small double, which was quiet roomy and decorated lovely with lush finishing touches (like the light fitting!) En suite was a bit small, shower was noisy when you wanted hot water, but other than that great. Only other negative was the height of the mirrors on the wall, i am 5"3 and had to go on tippy toes to do my make up!
Location is amazing!! 2 min walk and your on the seafront, close to a road of shops, nice indian (jaan) there.
Breakfast was lovely, plenty of options to eat. Only downside was no apple juice and no smooth orange juice.
Overall a wonderful place to stay and woukd most definetely go back!

An elegant house with service to match, we didnt even know we had not met the proprietor, but that it was her niece that had been looking after us until the last day, just shows that even the niece is very professional.Drive is a bit tight so take care but it is worth it, lovely place to stay.

Room Tip: We slept in room two, large and sunny with jacuzzi bath in big bathroom, small fridge, umbrella iron...

Me and my boyfriend wanted to get away for the night whilst the sun was shining. We looked at numerous hotels but this is the one that caught our eyes! The bedrooms look luxurious and the reviews were all brilliant. It was easy to find and we had a lovely welcoming! The pictures look exactly like the room and the breakfast was delicious! The people who run it can't do enough for you! Above and beyond service that you should see more often! We had room 3 and the bath was lovely, deep and relaxing - as was the bed. We're very glad we visited this guest house and had a lovely few days.

Start on positives.....

Rooms were ok, although we did suffer from smelly drains (which we mentioned on our departure), breakfast was ok. Bottled water and chocolates welcome feature. We did suffer noisy guests on the 2nd night, drunk revellers with broken volume controls on their voicebox.

People were surprised that I managed to get my car down the passageway, it was possible but just check that there are spaces available before going down there as there is very little room to turn around (my car is a 5m long execbarge).

What disappointed us was that although we had arranged to collect the key on our arrival as the landlady had gone out, there was no enquiry as to how things worked out. When we came to check out she had gone out again so we were forced to wait until another member of staff helped out. When she did return, we were not acknowledged. It would have been nice to have been asked if everything was ok. So the perception that this B&B is welcoming was not shared by us, which dampened our weekend a bit.

This is a pleasant family run hotel, it is bed and breakfast but rooms have all you could want, even down to the mini fridge in the room, a sette was in the room which was also en-suite.
Parking is a bit tight and care needs to be taken going down the side of the house but it is ok.

The rooms are well decorated and look fresh and inviting, it is almost like being in a 4 star hotel .

The staff are very attentive and breakfast is very good.
Overall a good reasonabley priced B&B would recommend.

Room Tip: There are only 6 rooms so all are to a good standard, we chose the King Size room whic is ground flo...
