1 year on moved pitch and am extremely happy!
The distance between vans is cosy it is legal ,although happy to park in front of van !
Owner runs a tight ship with sensible rules that makes for a well run caring site!
Just what I was looking for!

Pitches very close together, so much so that it felt like we were staying in a car park. No room to sit out and enjoy any good weather. Way too many seasonal pitches, making the site crowded but lifeless. Nothing like the pictures on the website.
So many rules that we felt that we couldn't relax, and the way that the rules are presented is downright rude! To be told in a notice to STOP putting wipes down the toilet when we had only just arrived seems over the top.
If you want a shower, you need to get undressed before inserting your coin in the slot. But the slot is outside of the shower! Personally, I'd rather not parade in the communal shower block in the nude. And why is there a charge anyway? We were already paying for an electric hook up. Just another way to fleece the punter, I suppose.
We knew that we had to exercise our dog off site, but again to be told which way to walk along a public highway smacks of totalitarianism. The charge for the dog was, in our opinion, too high when he was unable to leave the van at any time.
Finally, at other sites, the owner generally checks that the visitors are happy once they are settled. Here, there was nothing.
Overall, we felt that we were an inconvenience, and that it was only our fees that mattered. We will NOT be returning.

Wonderful family run site! Small and beautifully kept!
Dogs allowed under strict rules you would never know they were on site!
Just what I was looking for! Very happy customer booked in for seasonal pitch again next year!

This is a lovely family run site. Small but perfectly formed. The shower and toilet block is spotlessly clean... something that other sites could certainly learn from. It is well situated for a number of attractions and areas of interest. We were reliant upon travelling by bicycle (as we had a hired motorhome) but were within easy reach of Monkey World, the Tank Museum, Wareham, Corfe Castle, Lulworth Cove, Lulworth Castle, Durdle Door and Arne RSPB reserve.

Room tip: Hard standing is guaranteed to be level.

we recently stayed at this well maintained and well layed out family run site.
access is good and there are many attractions within easy reach.
the toilet block facilities are good and cleaned daily ( its a shame some people leave the toilets fouled it makes you wonder what their homes are like ) yes the showers are 20p but this stops people from spending a long time there if it were free.
there is a toilet dump and plenty of water and waste points available also a rubbish / recycling shed so litter is something you dont see on site.
you can take a dog but visitors are asked to keep them on a lead at all times and exercise them off site which people accept ( this is farming area).
late july / august brings families and they are asked to be responsible for their children and in general are but there are always a few that are not and then do not like it when they are told about it.
there is a small play are for children to use.
the charges are reasonable for the area and seasonal pitches are available for caravans.
the railway is near 500 meters and the m.o.d. operate in the area at times but noise is dependant on wind direction.
thank you to the topps and we will return and recommend this site.

Room tip: go more out of season the whole area is quieter and easy to travel about and park
