We booked the conference room for our annual meeting. The feedback from those who came was that they really liked the setting. My own feeling, as the organiser of the event, was the room we used and the hotel generally created a raelly pleasant ambience and set the scene for the most enjoyable annual meeting that I have been to. The hotel manager was there to welcome me when I came to set up, and he and his staff went out of their way to be helpful.
Definitely recommended to other groups who need large meeting or small conference facilities.

Inredible setting with some very good touches at check in. The young lady with dark hair was very pleasant to help with all queries we had. Staff were very good throughout who couldn't do enoughe for us. The service in the Restaurant was very attentive and welcoming. Quality of food was inconsistent overall wasn't worth a complaint. Leisure club was very cosy and clean. Felt cared for and overall had a very good stay.

We booked at the last minute for a relaxed meal with friends and this place ticked all the boxes.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the set menu had a balance selection that did not disappoint.
More friends joined for coffee and we were all so pleased with the evening that The Grange is now on our future options list.

Highly recommended.

We bid for a prize in a charity auction and a three night stay in this hotel was the prize. Everything was unremittingly excellent, the hotel, room, grounds, food and staff who could not do enough for us. We thought the high level of service was something to do with our prize but talking with other guests we learned that this was standard. We made full use of the leisure and spa facilities and as above we really thought we were on a very superior cruise ship. Two lots of wedding guests were equally impressed. We will return!!

Room Tip: 309 and 310 are particularly quiet.

We stayed here for 2 nights in May 2011. Having booked on a Magazine Offer we didn't have high expections apart from being close to Bath!

Driving up to the hotel we were stunned at it's setting and continued to be pleasantly surprised all weekend - food was lovely, all the staff were relaxed and friendly and the lounge/bar areas had plenty of space for us to have a drink or have coffee after dinner even though on both nights of our stay there was a wedding taking place. The weddings didn't affect us at all as they were largely contained in the huge function rooms.

For the price we paid we really were delighted and have recommended this hotel to friends since, would happily return or continue to recommend to others.

Had a great weekend attending a wedding at this lovely venue. The day was run with military precision yet they took everyone needs into account. The location is stunning, food lovely and staff are just great. We had a lovely weekend at this hotel.

I was referred here by the local hospital and ended up pretty much stuck for 3 days. It was very nice, the staff was very friendsly, but in Bristol, which is a fairly rough city, 80 GBP single, no breakfast, seemed a bit steep for a place without WiFi - you had to go out to the lounge to get reception. For a hotel that normally specializes in Corporate business this seems almost unbelieveable. Left to myself, with no concussion, I'd have chosen better.

Room Tip: Be warned- NO WIFI IN ROOMS. I did, however, get a room with a back door that went out to a nice ope...
