Came here as a party of 2 for breakfast and coffee for a special occasion.
Coffee came fast, an Americano as ordered, which could have done with more water to help distinguish it from a Long Black. Some hot water on the side is always a good touch, which I later asked for.
The coffee flavour was very bad, very earthy and gritty, and I'm guessing by the temperature that something got spoiled by the boiling water.
My friend seemed to enjoy her Latte without comment.
Our Winemakers Breakfast and Eggs on Toast went down well, the hot sauce being a perfect accompaniment. The full breakfast seemed to lack something, but was nevertheless well received.
Had time to wander around the ground which was a pleasant surprise, a lot of work has been invested here. Good place to bring guests, as we're Marlburians ourselves.
Would return, but hesitant to re-order black coffees. Cheers.
