Could not have asked for nicer hosts or place to stay. Spent four very enjoyable nights in comfortable, clean and luxurious surroundings. Everything was perfect from the superb breakfasts to the tranquil atmosphere complete with owls, hens, dogs and cats. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you to the Coles.

We arrived to a friendly greeting from our hosts Barbara, Peter and their son Nathan, not to mention many a chicken and little and big owls. This is a great B&B, the rooms are spotless, spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast is hearty and what wonderful eggs! From the moment we arrived to our departure we were transported into a peaceful and beautiful place in some of the most wonderful countryside in England. Our hosts were full of helpful local information which we needed in order to find a place to picnic beside the River Wye. Falcon House offers great value and fantastic quality - a must stay.

The Falcon House provides a great Bed and Breakfast. Everything was really well organised and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Breakfast was cooked to order using fresh eggs and local produce. The whole visit was really relaxing and we wish we could have stayed longer.

From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were greeted and attended to as if we were staying at an old friend's house. The grounds are lovely and tranquil and the amenities are perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day, including fresh eggs from the resident chickens. The house is located only a short distance from the quaint town of Fownhope, which itself offers wonderful food and scenery.

By far, the best feature of this bed and breakfast is its owners and caretakers, Barbara, Peter and Nathan. I hesitate to use the word service, since this conjures up images of receptionists checking you in, bellhops carrying your bags, or waitstaff taking your order. Rather, at the Falcon House, Barbara, Peter and Nathan are your hosts, you are their guests, and you feel welcome and at home.

The one thing my wife and I liked the least was that we could not stay longer to enjoy this special place.

Barbara, Peter and Nathan offered us the warmest welcome at their beautiful B&B. We felt home at once and quickly forgot about the dark rain clouds above our heads. Our daughters, 2.5 and 4.5 years old, not always easy to excite about a B&B stay made new friends of a special kind. Grizzle and Monty, two beautiful and amazing Owls played their part to make the stay a real adventure for our kids too.
We would certainly come back and I always would recommend the Falcon House if you want to explore Herefordshire and surrounding areas.

Fabulous place to stay! Barabara, Peter, and Nathan were wonderful hosts and we look forward to visiting them again. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was amazing, and the scenery beautiful. It's the perfect place to get away from the rat race of corporate hotels and touristy areas.
