“PERFECT”
Reviewed October 26, 2017 for a stay in September 2017

Home from Home, clean, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen (infact we stayed in and cooked most nights as the Lodge was so homely) the location is amazing. Could not have asked for a better place to stay and unwind. Will be booking again.

“Fabulous lodge in the perfect location”
Reviewed September 11, 2017 for a stay in August 2017

We stayed during the Edinburgh Festivals. The lodge was in the ideal location for us as we could drive to Kirkcaldy railway station to get trains into Edinburgh and get to the beautiful East Neuk coast with ease. We found the lodge to be spacious and very well equipped. The only thing missing was a washing machine which would have been useful during our two week stay. However the owner, Eleanor, kindly let us use her machine during the middle weekend.

Thank you for taking time out to write Sunnybraes Lodge a review. When I set the lodge up I had room for a wash machine or a dishwasher I opted for the dishwasher as a personal preference. My guests seem happy enough chapping on the door to use my wash machine! Thanks again!

“Delightful property!”
Reviewed September 10, 2017 for a stay in September 2017

Sunnybraes is in a great location overlooking the Firth of Forth. It is a very comfortable and well equipped property - a delight to stay in. It is near many lovely coastal villages and the Fife coastal path , historical houses and gardens. St Andrews is a short drive away and other cities are within an easy drive such as Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh. Plenty to do whatever the weather! I highly recommend this property.

Reviewed April 17, 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Fabulous cottage with a great location.
Very well appointed, a very high standard, a true home from home.
Highly recommended, close to all parts of the East Neuk with a lovely coastal walk right at the bottom of the garden.

“Home from home”

We spent ten days at Sunnybraes Lodge whilst attending The Open in St Andrews. The accommodation is situated on the edge of Lundin Links as you approach the village. Ten minutes walk to an excellent Farm Shop, the main bus stop or the beach. The Lodge is aside a busy road to the front but there is no noise inside and there is a large garden outside. Plenty of opportunity to relax. The views from the adjoining main house are simply stunning.
The hosts are very friendly, helpful and almost invisible! Help when you want it with privacy when you don't.
The lodge is completed to a high specification whilst retaining a warm welcoming feel. Everything we needed was at hand and Eleanor left a welcome pack to get us going on the essentials and providing some treats. Everything was in full working order and a comfy bed to boot.
I would not hesitate to recommend the property. Although Lundin Links is small, the East Neuk bus service means you have very easy access to all the seaside villages and the great options they provide. The coastal path is also a must and runs alongside the property through the adjacent golf course.
