We stayed here for 1 night after leaving a nearby disapointing agriturismo early. It's near the A1 autostrada so easy to reach, the town of Arezzo is 10-15 minutes drive away. The place is very clean and looks futuristic with all white furniture. Due to the location away from the town it's not an ideal tourist destination. The swimmingpool itself is nice but the surroundings are not very attractive.
I would recommend it to anyone that's passing by and prefers to stay close to highway. We choose this place because we wanted a comfortable place from where we could continue our journey.
Our superior room was 110 euro, at this price it was ery good value for money. Unfortunately there is no wifi and we had to pay 4 euros for 1 hour on the internet, otherwise we would have rated the service 5 stars.

This is really a business hotel for which it is well suited but was quite comfortable for our purposes.
We stayed there for three days as a base for part of a two week tour of Tuscany and really should have left after the first day.
Arezzo is not a classic hill-town nor one of the most attractive, having suffered much damage in the war.The historic area is small and limited and the town is very congested.
Most of the more interesting places such as Cortona and Multipulciano are just that bit too far away for easy day-trips.
