This is one of the best ice-cream parlours in Italy, where the owners make a real effort to create an excellent product with the finest ingredients available in the market. This shop is always in the top 10 in the chart of the best Italian ice-cream shops and once you try their ice-cream you will see why. Here it's not about the half a metre high, artificially fluffed, over sweetened ice-cream. It's not about Smurf blue flavours, shocking green fake pistachio and the usual, overrated Nutella flavour. It is a about giving ice-cream a genuine flavour achieved though sourcing local ingredients to create never-heard-before flavours. it's about creativity and art. In winter time you can enjoy fine chocolate (I recommend the macadamia truffles) and the hot chocolate (not sickening sweet like most). If you happen to be in Fano you cannot miss this place. Honestly, after having tried a Makì ice-cream I cannot eat ice-cream from any other ice-cream shop. Once you get used to what real ice-cream is, all the rest will only taste like cheap Magnum.
