Located less than 100 meters from the beach, comfort room and nice breakfast.
The whirpool upstair too small and need maintenance I guess.
The 1st floor might too noisy with phone ringing and you can hear peoples talking.
Higher floor is recommended.
Friendly staff and helpful.

hotel has a lot of advantages and disadvantages
+ 50 m to the beach
+ very friendly staff
+quite new
+ free parking at the street

- free parking depends on availability
- breakfast very simple...Not much is fresh most is packed
- narrow and uncomfortable sitting on plastic chairs in the breakfast area
- bad view from most of the rooms, see my picture
- rooms are very basic
- dirt outside ...See picture
- rooms in the lowest floor are very noisy
- whirlpool was very dirty so we could not use it.

all at all a simple hotel ... nothing special

Nice staff at the hotel. Very friendly and made every effort to help us with our very limited English. I'd read a previous review of how noisy it is if your room is located on the first floor. I wish I'd heeded their advice.... our first nights sleep was disturbed throughout due to a noisy reception area located next door. Ask for a room on the second or third floor. They did however move us after 1 night made a big difference. Toiletries and mini bar were not replenished often if at all. They did offer complementary bicycles which we both enjoyed!

Lack of balconies, view and pool tend to mean you will spend time at the beach. Word of warning, this can be expensive as in the low season, we were charged between €15 and €30 per day at any private beach (which consume the whole beach)

Other hotels in the area did offer use of their private beach and if I returned, I would certainly look to book a hotel with this amenity

Thanks

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. It is located near the beach. We never had any problem with finding the parking space - you have to park on the street.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The only thing we didn't like was the mini bar that didn't work while you were out of the room, so the drink was really warm..

A new, modern hotel. Well run and maintained. Staff excellent, hard working and attentive.
Only slight issue would be with AC in height of summer, as it may struggle. The Internet access was slightly intermittent. But don't let this distract you, highly recommended.
Excellent value for the money.
