We reserve a junior suite we get an upgrade to a Small suite This look good . The room was on the first floor view on the parking Never seen in my life suite in first floor parking view Receptions excellent . quality of the room medium toilette with a bad smell from the tubes . Restaurant a disappointing only 6 customer price high service good quality really modest. Breakfast disappointing no table free no organization people walk around the tables occupied searching a chance to seat . We was there for a romantic week end in a suite of a four star hotel not in a student hotel Quality of the food modest if you wish a jus of orange you have to pay separately.
In general the hotel can be good but need to work on the rooms no one come back a take the risk to spend a weekend looking the parking and food & beverage at least for Italian taste must be completely rebuild

A proper hotel, as you find less and less. The building is sparkling white, the porter is black and wearing an uniform, the rooms are beautiful with designer tiles in the bathroom, you can enjoy your favourite cocktail emerged in the swimming pool on the terrace of the hotel, while they also provide a private beach access in the price of the room.
Do not avoid the hotel's restaurant which continues the wonderful accommodation experience.
The buffet lunch and dinner are wonderfully assorted, the Maitre d' is old and elegantly critical if you tend to make the wrong choice when ordering. Do trust him, because he knows his business.

Most has been nearly perfect,
- check-in: we arrived at 10 am, room has been ready and we could already get it at that time, so our holiday started immediately
- cleanliness: perfect
- service attitude of staff: perfect
- Price of drinks (we had half-pension, so we had only to pay for drinks): still modest
- food: very good, sometimes excellent, big choice of dishes; breakfast very good, although some extras to be paid (fresh orange juice, crepes), hotel management should think about changing that
- beach: nice, spacious
- air condition: perfect, not very noisy, but very effective
- roof-top swimming-pool: not very big, but nice atmosphere and surroundings (we had the feeling we are on a cruise liner...)
- check-out: they allowed us to use the parking lot longer and we also could use the beach facilities until afternoon without big discussion

A truly wonderful hotel, and the highlight of our Italy trip. We'd planned a few days each in Venice, Florence, Albano Terme, and Lido, before a friend recommended Lignano over Lido. Everything is first rate, from the rooftop breakfast service, beautiful rooms, short easy walk to the beach. There is a small grocery across the street at up to the left selling seasonal produce and fruits ... try a chilled bottle of Prosecco with their green olives !
