Lovely hotel, friendly staff huge portions at dinner for a 3 star hotel the food is good and during our stay there were a few picky eaters that were catered for without hesitation. , the location is great near the ski lifts the bus service is free and runs right outside the hotel. The rooms are warm and comfortable I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel Galli is in a great location, especially for those in a ski school wanting easy access to lifts 17 & 18. It has a bus stop right outside.

Our room was warm and comfortable though sometimes too warm at night. The bed was large and comfortable. It was beautifully clean and furnished. I really liked the sauna and steam room which helped to ease out muscles after a day on the slopes.

The food was mostly very good with a great choice for breakfast and evenings. Staff were charming and attentive.

Great experience.
Great service from the whole Hotel Galli family. All the staff have a smile for you. Restraunt downstairs is a little over priced but that's all I could find wrong with the hotel! Will definitely be back!

I travelled to the Galli Hotel with my partner and two friends on the 27th January 18 for 7 nights and was really looking forward to it. The reassurance for us was in that we had stayed in the Galli in a group of 11 in March 2017 and had enjoyed everything about the hotel. It’s location was near the nursery slopes, the rooms were spacious and clean with lovely balconies, it had a heated boot room and the ski bus stop and the ski hire shop and many Restuarant’s were very nearby. The food had been excellent with plenty of choice, on that occasion we had eaten in the main downstairs restaurant. Having read previous reviews I have to agree that the Neilson customers seemed to have been ‘annexed’ away from the main dining area to the bar area and the food was not a patch on the standard it had been previously and we were all disappointed. I think there was only one night where pork wasn’t one of the two main course options and vegetables were scarce. It’s very sad because its a lovely hotel with great staff in a great location and it could be the perfect venue if the food was up to a good standard.

Just returned from a week at the hotel Galli with Neilson holidays. The Neilson team were great and we had a very nice room. However, I agree with the comments made by the honeymoon couple. The dining room for us was a bar/ reception annex divided into two parts. We were initially seated in the overflow area which was not pleasant. Later in the week we joined the rest of the Neilson guests which was much better.
The food was dispensed from a warming trolley and was adaquate, but cold, despite complaints by several guests & efforts by the staff. Not sure if Neilson guests have been moved from the pleasant downstairs restaurant because of financial cutbacks, but it has spoiled the hotel.
