We liked our room with cute little balcony with park and mountains view. We stood in hotel for 6 nights and traveled to Lucca, Cinque terre, Pietrasanta, Forte del Marmi from there. Jessica is very helpful and friendly young lady who met as every night on the front desk. . She helped us with all of our questions and always smile . It was our pleasure to see this kind of attitude. Thank you Jessica. The breakfast was good also.

We just come back from a vacation from hotel Arianna. We come to Arianna hotel every year, and we always spend beautiful moments here. Iacopo and Veronica manage the hotel very well, they are wonderful and hospitable as all the staff of the hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is set in a beautiful outdoor garden, and the location is perfect. It's located in front to a beach, 10 minutes by bike from Forte dei Marmi, and 10 minutes by drive from Pietrasanta.

The hotel is very kid friendly. They have nice toys in the backyard where kids can play, and the staff is very welcome to understand children necessities.

I would say, the only issue for me, is the wifi. It's not working properly. If you need internet for work, it's probably better to buy an internet key for the pc.

Anyway. we will definitely come back again. Thank you Arianna hotel!

This was a halfway stop on the way to the south of Tuscany and was great value for money. The room was clean and we had a view from the window of the beach. The bathroom was modern, clean and had plenty of towels. When we booked in the staff were able to speak English to us and were very helpful. The bonus was a fantastic view of our first sunset in Italy from the terrace at the top of the hotel which also had a hot tub. We took the bikes which were free for a ride to the shops nearby which were delightful - our first gelato in Italy and then took a long ride along the beach front which stretches for miles. It was pre summer season so there were very few people on the beach. Later we walked back to a local Pizza restaurant, picked up a bottle of wine and had our dinner on the terrace at the hotel and watched our first Tuscan sunset - absolutely beautiful. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and the bonus for us was that we were able to get a special half price deal for this one night. It cost us 17 euros each for the night! Free bikes, free breakfast and a rooftop terrace - cannot be beaten.

Room tip: We had a room with a view but on the side of the hotel. If you want the windows open this is a better option because of the traffic noise

We were staying here in September 2014.

Double room booked on booking.com in advance. There was many hotels in similar price, but this one looked nice on pictures so we chose it.

We arrived late, was after midnight. Check in, we get key and went to our room. I thought it is joke or mistake when I saw room, so went back to reception to ask. Guy which were there didn't speak English and lady which spoke English gone home. None of the rooms which you can see online didn't look even close to that one. Check pictures so you can see what you can expect if you are lucky. They post just few nice rooms, but none of the ugly ones.

Bathroom mouldy, A/C was didn't work properly and was that old and loud that I thought it is better to keep it off. They advertise noise proof doors and windows but it is not true. You can hear cars all night and music, dancing from other places. Double bed which we ordered was two, thin, metal single bed pulled together, which shaked after any little move, and I am not fat person! Just around 60kg!

Breakfast very poor. Background messy.

We asked for another room, guys at reception were rude and not very happy about us complaining. Lady was ignoring us and speaking in Italian. After he couldn't find nicer room, he said: you can just pay for first night and go somewhere else. So we did, and that was the best decision as we had lovely stay in Venezia Hotel.

Only nice thing about this hotel is free wi-fi and superior rooms - they look nice in real, same like on pictures.

We have been in many, many hotels, in different countries, different star ratings and that was the worst one I think.

In my opinion, staff in any hotel which have tourist from around the world should speak English. And rooms should be advertised as they really are.

Room tip: Pay more for extra standard rooms if you decide to stay here

Booked one night here on our way to Pisa. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and room was large with a nice big bathroom. We were upgraded from a standard room to a superior room as they had no standard rooms left on the 3rd floor. Roof terrace on the 4th floor was worth a visit, great views across the road to the beach and sea. Breakfast was good overlooking the garden and a free car park at the back of the hotel which was important for us on our road trip around italy. Would stay here again. Got here late evening so didn't eat our in the local restaurants but plenty of choice and bars.

Room tip: Sea view room is great but a bit noisy as the hotel is very close to the road.
