We stayed at this property for a week as family in February. We were 3 families with young kids and right from booking we got great service. They helped us to get rooms that are close to each other (some rooms share a private hallway), they helped us arrange parking, ski school. The hotel has many plusses. Good location for access to slopes, good ski room, ski rental in the hotel, great spa with a decent pool, fun indoor play area for kids, good food/restaurant, cosy bar area with daily activities. Room was adequate and traditionally furnished. We stayed in a family room for 4 and it was OK. The restaurant staff was very friendly and we always got great service. Reception staff always was helpful. Ski school staff came to the hotel to arrange lessons. The main lifts are about 100 meters away. You can walk, you can take the shuttle from the garage next to the boot room or you can drive. As we were with young kids we drove everyday and it was so convenient. The hotel has free underground garage so the car was snow and frost free in the mornings. Skiing is good and varied for beginner to intermediate skiiers with a few hair raising black slopes. Ski school was very good. 2 minor drawbacks were the condensation in the bathroom window which made it very wet and the fact that the dinner starts at 7.30. Our kids were starving and tired after a long days skiing and found the 7.30 start very late, if the dinner can start a littler earlier it would be great.
This was a hassle free holiday for us with our kids and friends and we would go back.
