We were on a trip with friends. The hotel was great in many ways. Even though it's a 3 star hotel, the customer service is 5 star. The hotel is very clean and the owner personally takes care of the details. Access to the hotel is possible directly from the slope. Was great!

We stayed in this hotel for a week and we are thrilled. The food is fantastic and the service very courteous. The ski area is also an insider tip and you have the best panorama over the Dolomites. We will definitely come back.
Hotel Cristallo is the ideal base for a holiday in the mountains. I stayed for a week in August as part of a hiking group. Location and facilities are excellent, whether you are looking to be active or to relax. Cable car and chairlift to 2 different mountain ranges within 5 minutes' walk; loads of hiking paths right from the door. The jacuzzi and sauna at the spa were very welcome after a day outdoors. The hotel is totally surrounded by nature and wonderful views, yet also has the town of Moena 15 mins' drive down the road by bus or car if you are looking for a change of scene. Rooms are clean and comfortable, food fantastic, staff very friendly.
