The Hotel is location Just in the Central Heart of Orbetello. Surrounded by Church and many shops, it can get very crowded in the afternoon . Nonetheless, it was nice to stay in this hotel as you pay for what you see, the rooms were small but enough - the bed sheets were clean and the pillows were comfy as well as the mattress. The window wasn't a good sound proof but it keeping them close kept the room a bit warmer.
the toilets are very small, i guess this was a typical made back in the 1960's.
the Breakfast wasn't very rich but it was good enough to start you day with.
Internet was only at the lobby area.

This was our fourth visit. This time with my elderly mother, and the staff could not have done more for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and simple - no frills, but for the price very adequate and the continental breakfast buffet was good.
The steps to the lift were a problem for my mother and a rail would have made it much easier, but someone was always at hand to help us.
There are good restaurants very near by, and being central it is situated on the main corso which is quite lively at night.
It was hot outside but our room was lovely and cool from the air-conditioner , which was a bit noisy.
We had a happy week there.

Room tip: To make sure the noise at night is minimised, ask for a side room. We were in room 303.

This very nice , unassuming hotel was perfect for our quick trip to the seaside . It is on an alley off a main street. with free parking two blocks from the hotel. Easy to find. Park near Duomo ( pay .50 ) , on check in you will receive parking pass. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is complete, yogurt, meats, cheese , cereal, fruit. Rooms are not fancy but certainly fine. Wi Fi is good in lobby with room for privacy. A small area is available to printing boarding pass. Plenty of shopping , food and clothes, and many restaurants in very short walking. Highly recommend if you dont want pampering. Would definitely return.

Room tip: Hotel is "downtown" in small city so you hear normal activity outside. reliable wi fi in lobby.

This Hotel is in the center of a small town. We found it perfect for using as a base for our sorties in the area. It is unassuming but we were pleasantly surprised by the simple breakfast provided. Our room was clean, maybe a little spartan but fine for our needs. The staff were helpful but not effusive. There was plenty of parking about 3 minutes walk away, by the laguna, which cost 1 euro for 24 hours.

Room tip: We were there during the week. A room at the back may be quieter at the weekend.
