The Hotel is location Just in the Central Heart of Orbetello. Surrounded by Church and many shops, it can get very crowded in the afternoon . Nonetheless, it was nice to stay in this hotel as you pay for what you see, the rooms were small but enough - the bed sheets were clean and the pillows were comfy as well as the mattress. The window wasn't a good sound proof but it keeping them close kept the room a bit warmer.
the toilets are very small, i guess this was a typical made back in the 1960's.
the Breakfast wasn't very rich but it was good enough to start you day with.
Internet was only at the lobby area.

We had an amazing stay here the breakfast was the best I have had in Italy quality and service so friendly will defo go back. Value for money !!! Very dog friendly and central to the amazing town you must visit the beach on the Natural Reserve not your typical Italian beach not rows of sunbeds just what it says on the tin natural XX

This was our fourth visit. This time with my elderly mother, and the staff could not have done more for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and simple - no frills, but for the price very adequate and the continental breakfast buffet was good.
The steps to the lift were a problem for my mother and a rail would have made it much easier, but someone was always at hand to help us.
There are good restaurants very near by, and being central it is situated on the main corso which is quite lively at night.
It was hot outside but our room was lovely and cool from the air-conditioner , which was a bit noisy.
We had a happy week there.
