We enjoyed our stay... only gripe is that it isnt very close to Orvieto at all. In fact its about 7 kms away and a bit hard to find. Other than that, its a lovely property. Service is great, internet is free. Rooms are amazing. Very modern with luxurious facilities. There is an infinity pool that we didnt use but looked wonderful. Recommend if you are looking for a getaway, but not if you want to explore Orvieto.

Inncasa was perfection from beginning to end. I loved my stay at this country inn. It is beautifully situated in the outskirts of Orvieto, not too far from the hill top town. It is very convenient if you have a car to drive into the town and explore. But you may not want to leave when you get there.

We stayed in Orvieto on our way to Tuscany both to and from Rome. Two nights of pleasure and tranquility that we will not forget. The owners, Simona and Simone were very gracious and helpful. They even upgraded our room on the return trip without even asking. We loved the larger room and were so satisfied. It was really hot when we were there, probably 95 degrees so you can imagine how fabulous the infinity pool was. It was so refreshing and the views were simply unforgettable. You could see the entire town of Orvieto. The view was unblocked and the only thing in the way were the lovely fields of grapevines too look at.

The restaurant from which they served a delicious daily breakfast which is included in the price was so satisfying and really lovely. We couldn't get enough of the gorgeous foods that were offered. Dinner was nothing short of perfection. Everything from the pasta to the dinner breads were tasty and beautiful. The wait staff was very friendly and so attentive.

We stayed in two different rooms during our two nights, the first room, the Gate House is very cozy and great for two people, but perhaps a bit crowded for three. The AC was not working as it should have, but I'm sure hot days like we had are hard on any AC. The second night we stayed in a suite and it was by far superior. I loved it. So large and so comfortable with a wonderful kitchenette and patio to drink your wine on. There was a great sitting room with a fire place and large big screen TV. The room was spotlessly clean, and the AC in this room worked really well.

I would highly recommend this hotel, and also the city of Orvieto. Plan on spending at least two days in this spectacular Italian hill top town. You will not be disappointed with the city or with Inncasa. A great weekend get away. Don't miss out!!

Room Tip: Choose one of the suites if you are more than two people.

Spent 3 nights here in July. Although it is a distance from the town of Orvieto (approximately 6 km) you couldn't ask for a more comfortable and relaxing setting. Staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. In addition to the beautiful surroundings with two small outdoor pools (one by the main building better for laps), they have given a lot of attention to comfort and details in the accommodations. The rooms had the most comfortable chairs with good back support, refrigerators, individual reading lights, and very quiet. The sitting area outside our room was an added benefit.

I stayed here with my wife, son and his wife for three nights in June after 7 nights self catering in Perugia. Accommodation modern, and clean. All the staff we met were most obliging as always in Italy. Restaurant staff exceptionally helpful, small but excellent menu, great breakfast menu.
All round wonderful place to stay.

Room Tip: Book early to avoid disappointment !!!!

Normally my husband and I choose hotels/B&Bs located in the heart of the town we are visiting so we can absorb the environment both during the daytime and evening time. Due to the rave reviews I was swayed to move away from our normal MO and give this inn a try. While a lovely and unique location, I wish we would have booked a room in Orvieto itself. Once you check back into your room at night there is nothing to do. The restaurant lacks energy and the grounds aren't conducive to exploring. If we were in town we would be able to walk around, soak in the atmosphere, etc. Overall this was a very average stay and I would not book here again.
PROS: Clean, spacious and economical. Free parking. Also - the one hot drink for BF includes cappuccinos, hot chocolate, etc. To me that was a great value, considering most breakfast spreads don't include specialty drinks.
CONS: Too Remote to really explore the town in the evening.

Room Tip: We booked a double standard room in the main building. It was large and comfortable.
