The location of this B&B is ideal at the end of the Sentieri degli Dei as you don´t have go down to Positano - which saves you more than an hour walk down.
Later you can take the bus down (runs once an hour) to the very crowded Positano and have a thrilling experience of driving on these narrow roads with the steep cliffs. There are no cars in Nocelle, only stairs and mulis. So it is quiet and relaxing.
The breakfast could be a bit better organized, but you get what you want.
If you seek relaxation and a bit of solitude, this is the place for you.

Room Tip: use both terraces of the house

Right from last minute parking communication to the check out Guisppe was amazing. He found us in the car park and even took our bag up - which I appreciated due to the steps and being in recovery from a broken leg - he gave us a choice of room, explained everything including buses, was the perfect host morning, noon and night and gave us breakfast on the terrace. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the view is spectacular. I didn't expect house keeping every day nor a minibar but both were great and take my advice; drink the wine, it's beautiful. The bus is easy to use and you can (Guiseppe's advice again) watch it coming up the hill to time when you leave for the stop.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Room Tip: We asked for a sea view room and got exactly that - stunning

We loved the views and proximity to trails and bus route to town. Host Giuseppe is the BEST! Very clean and spacious rooms and great kitchen. Beautiful outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the views. Wish we had planned to stay longer.

When we found by chance this little b&b, we were skeptical! it was up on the hills and quite far from downtown. Only when we got there, I've realized it was the most amazing view I've ever had of the Amalfi Coast! it was truly everything: the sea, the coast, the villages and the nature and mountains around. I have had the best sunset of my life. The manager, Giuseppe, is super nice, speaks perfect english and made us immediately coffee as well as breakfast the morning after with strawberries from his garden! all for a super cheap price. I will totally recommend the place to every friend heading there! Enjoy

Room Tip: get the highest room possible but they are all amazing

My husband stayed for a night in the lovely Villa Casola. The views from the terrace are amazing. We could not enjoy breakfast outside on the terrace due to the weather but it was very good. Room was comfortable and clean, mattress a bit hard.

Parking is available nearby next to the bus stop and then you need to climb some stairs to the property but it's not bad. Although not in Positano proper, the views and the location are amazing.

And Beatrice, the hostess, was wonderful. Would definitely visit again.

Room Tip: Definitely choose a room with balcony. The view, the view, the view.

The room was good, lots of space and the bonus was the shared kitchen. We bought meat and vegetables in town then cooked it there. After a couple of weeks of pizza and pasta it was a great change. The breakfast was fantastic, so much choice.Beatrice was the best host, looked up all the travel arrangements for us to use on the leaving day. The bus trip up and down the mountain was an experience, make sure you buy the tickets beforehand in town.Only one restaurant up there and it is very good, a small snack bar and a little grocery store open a couple of hours a day. You need to be reasonable fit to negotiate all the stairs especially with your cases.

Room Tip: best view from our room across the mountain, patio outside looking over Positano.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night in June. Firstly, the location and views were outstanding with far reaching views over Positano and the bay. Our hostess Beatrice was so warm and welcoming we felt like we were at home. Our room was immaculately clean however our room had no balcony or windows that you could see out of. For this reason I've only given it 4 stars. We were able to use all of the outside space so we didn't find it too bad.
Thank you Beatrice for a lovely stay.
