Da Vincenzo was recommended to us by three people and right across from our house so we decide to try it. We were not disappointed; am the service and food were both amazing. When we arrived there was a little wait, we didn't mind at all but the staff gave us champagne while we waited. We started dinner with the ahi and caprese salad, both amazing. I ordered the seafood soup not knowing it was for two but the waiter kindly let us know it was enough to share and it was amazing, the waiters even helped us debone the fish! For desert we had the tiramisu, it wasn't the best we've had but it still very good. We went back to the night and ordered the chocolate cake and cheese cake to go, both amazing! I would recommend this restaurant.

This was our favorite restaurant in Positano and one of the best on our two week Amalfi Coast trip (which was full of amazing dining experiences).

The food here is terrific. We went twice; once for lunch and once for dinner. These were different experiences and we were glad we returned (we don't usually go somewhere twice).

Highly, highly recommend. Just finished reading Virtuoso Life magazine one month after our trip and they recommend Da Vincenzo as the one place to be sure to eat in Positano.

Make a reservation for dinner!

We decided to go to Da Vincenzo as our last morning in Positano was unfortunately wet and windy. What a great find!

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We opted for a Caprese salad and the fritto misto to start; a great selection of food from the menu. We planned on sharing a pasta dish for a main which the restaurant kindly plated on two separate dishes for our convenience.

The food was great and of a high quality and the lunch bill came to just over 40 euros for two starters one main and a carafe of the delicious house white.

We shared a starter of squid, which was art on a plate. The prawns with tomato and burata were the most delicious sea food we ate in Amalfi and the pasta was perfect. This restaurant is a real treat. Wine list is great too and good value for money. Make sure to book in advance!

Food was deliciously cooked with heart ! It's hard to find an empty seat the whole night, reservation is highly recommended. Staff were nice, especially the owner of the restaurant. I personally like the rum baba served here.
