Tyler Brûlé thought Sabaudia could be Europe’s Palm Springs. This brings it one step closer, with a stylish restaurant and hotel that wouldn’t be out of place in the desert. Fab welcome and restaurant experience. I didn’t get to try the hotel rooms but wish I had, sleeping on firm beds in simple rooms on the beach. I would’ve traded in a heartbeat. Be sure to put on your Sabaudia hot tips.
