Regarding the ski boot issue, we have launched a detailed investigation into the incident. Cooperation with law enforcement (carabinieri) was necessary to gain clarity on the situation. Our ski room, accessible only through an exclusive code provided to guests, is designed to ensure a high level of security. During his stay, access to the ski room was carefully monitored and restricted. Importantly, given the personal requirements for ski boots, the possibility of use by other guests is highly unlikely. Differences related to weight, size, and personal preferences make any form of interchange difficult. We sincerely regret that your experience did not live up to expectations.
