I was in many hotels in whole Europe, but only here is the best personal, tasty kitchen and great services including evening surprising events. The people here and view from hotel at Pale di San Martino is just amazing. Must see !

We were traveling Italy for the first time. The staff at Hotel Europa made us feel like family. The hotel is clean, comfortable, kid friendly and is in a great location. They also have a laundry service that is very affordable and refreshing to know that you have that option, especially when traveling abroad. The food was fantastic! They even had evening entertainment, it was super fun! I would love to visit again. Maybe next time for skiing.

I found the hotel very comfortable, well organized, with very kind staff and with very good cuisine. I felt very relaxed in a beautiful environment such the Pale are. Lot of snow this year and a very well organized snow park.

La ringrazio per aver scelto la nostra struttura per soggiornare nell'incantevole contesto delle Pale di San Martino di Castrozza.
Siamo molto onorati che sia rimasto molto soddisfatto del suo soggiorno e dunque il viaggio sia stato di suo gradimento.
Effettivamente quest'anno la Neve è caduta copiosa su San Martino e per tutti gli amanti degli sport invernali questo non può che essere un bene.
Nella speranza di poterla nuovamente ospitare per una vacanza all'insegna dello svago e del relax le inviamo dall'Hotel Europa un caloroso "Arrivederci"

Hotel Europa is a very nice place to stay with little kids. Our children loved the playground area in the lower ground of the hotel. Europa is within a walking distance of the skilift to Tognola that makes your skiing holiday with kids a lot easier. Very good italian cuisine.

la ringrazio per aver condiviso la sua esperienza di viaggio su Trip Advisor,
Siamo davvero contenti che abbiate apprezzato la nostra vicinanza agli impianti di risalita e lo spazioso salone dedicato ai giochi, sia per i più grandi che per i più piccini.
Sappiamo bene quanto sia stato lungo il viaggio per raggiungerci dalla repubblica ceca, perciò siamo contenti che ne siate rimasti soddisfatti.
Ci auguriamo possiate tornare a trovarci presto, come sempre accogliendovi a braccia aperte....

Very nice location. We've got a small but nice and clean room with entrance to terrace and with stunning view to some mountain. Very good Italian cuisine with aspect of surprise, because of Italian language menu (google translate to Czech was very funny;). Staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is nicely located some 450 meters from Tognola skilift with a bus stop just in front. From outside, it looks very nice, inside you will find very reasonable rooms slightly showing age of the hotel.
The hotel service is friendly, sorting concerns promptly and seamlessly. Despite the general lack of foreign languages in the area, the hotel staff is able to communicate in English and German and some staff members have also knowledge of other languages
The hotel serves Italian cuisine. Some dishes names are rather complicated to translate, but nevertheless I was always satisfied with the dishes served.
Rooms in the hotel range from rather smallish ones to spacious as well as from slightly old to refurbished/new ones. Nevertheless all rooms I have seen were always clean, beds were of a good quality and even the old rooms did not show signs of wear and tear. Generally rooms provide what is expected

We’re really happy when our guest appreciate the work that we do every day to make them happy and satisfied, because it is an important feedback that spur us in doing always better.
Our strategic position near the slopes and also the comfort of the services like the free shuttle, combined with all the good services that we provide to our guests, make Europa Hotel the favorite place for those who want to spend a fabulous skiing holiday in San Martino di Castrozza.
We will consider your reporting about the dishes names: we’ll try to translate better them, so no one will have any problems in the future about it! In any case we’re glad that you’ve appreciated our cooking, because our chef is a real master of typical dishes and more.
As you told in your review we have some different kind of rooms, and we have just made a big work of renovation because we want to put always higher the standards of Europa Hotel.
